FlowSmart rewards you for reducing energy use during 6 pre-notified air-conditioning events. During these events, your air-conditioner’s compressor will be remotely switched off for 15 minutes per hour. The fan will continue to operate, and you’ll be notified when these events will take place so you can choose whether or not to participate on each occasion. You can earn up to $44 for each event, giving you a total potential reward of $264.
