Upcoming Survey

During February and March 2014 we will be contacting households via email, telephone and mail seeking their participation in a customer research survey for the Smart Grid, Smart City program.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete, and afterwards all participants who are invited to take part in the competition will have the opportunity to win a $3,000 travel voucher or one of two iPad minis by telling us in 25 words or less their best idea for reducing electricity bills.

Survey participants input will provide valuable feedback on the trials that will help to shape the future of energy use in Australia.
